For his 45th birthday, this Indian gets himself a shirt made of gold.
You could have guessed it, Pankaj Parakh made his millions in the textile industry in India.

To celebrate his 45th birthday, he decided to visit a Hindu temple with a rather special clothing to thank the gods, and thought that gold would be very suitable.

The millionaire has thus ordered a shirt made of gold for his religious visit, for the sum of 160 000 euros ($213 000), a trifle for this entrepreneur.

He explains how fascinated by gold he is : "Gold always fascinated me since I was five years old and studying in school. Over the years, I have become passionate about this royal metal."

A shirt that required no less than 3200 hours of work and 20 pairs of hands

Pankaj Parakh says with some pride that the shirt in question can even be washed and dried like any other garment.
However he only wears it in the presence of his bodyguards, and while carrying a gun, you never know!
